GetProfitable respects intellectual property and expects members to do the same. We remove infringing material when properly notified, and we terminate repeat infringers.

Designated agent

Filing a notice

Send a notice to the designated agent with:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  2. The URL of the material on GetProfitable you believe is infringing.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number and email.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice with your contact details, the URL of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was in error, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district where we may be found). We may restore the material after 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material are terminated.
