Frustration is unavoidable: stops hit by a tick, setups that work only when you skip them, chop that punishes both directions. What varies is how much of it a trader can absorb before rules start bending.
Tolerance is partly trainable and partly a matter of load. It falls with poor sleep, financial pressure, and time at the screen, which is why the same trader handles a bad morning fine one week and not the next.
Build the buffer structurally rather than relying on character: fewer trades, smaller size, shorter sessions, and a hard stopping rule after a set number of losses. See tilt-triggers.
