A process goal can be achieved on a losing day. Take every A-grade setup, skip everything else, size at plan, and stop at the limit: all four are inside your control and none of them depend on the market cooperating.
This is not a consolation prize. Since results over short periods are mostly noise, behaviour is the only thing a daily target can usefully measure. Scoring behaviour also produces immediate feedback, which is what learning requires.
Write three or four process goals for the week and grade them nightly with a simple yes or no. Over a month the grades tell you far more about your trajectory than the equity curve does.
